I'm out there, but still tryin' to figure out the power supply for the box. I need to wire up a battery to the power supply. It's from an old camper. 40-amp supply, but the relay in the box chatters on SSB mode. I'm thinkin' set up a battery bank like it was in the camper, might be enough to drive that box. COPD been givin' me the beatdown lately. I can't do a whole lot in the heat before my lungs give out. I'll get it right soon, though. 73 from UDX-786, out in the sticks. 👋

@@Hairball786 I had to get a new 50 amp power supply for the same reason. I had a 30 amp power supply but on ssb my box would spike to 38 amps and my audio would get choppy and drop out. So i bought a new power supply. I had and still have a 50 amp power supply that worked great but it caused a lot of noise in my radio. My new supply doesn't cause any noise. If you want my old one you can have it. 50 amp pyramid psv500

@@Hairball786 Do you have my Email? if not you can get it from 21 or UDX 347 or 390. Maybe it will work better for you. I got some interference from it in my radio. It worked great and with my Foot warmer
