"It takes a village" is a key theme to the success of the women-owned and
operated oyster farming cooperative known as Ostionera Unica de Mujeres,
located in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. In this webinar, Amanda Moser takes us on her journey to visit and work with this amazing group of women shellfish-
growers and shares with us the critical takeaways from the experience,
including: how to apply cooperative work to a shellfish business, different oyster farming techniques, and creating community networks around aquaculture.
