1. Pause & Reflect on the past year - what worked and what didn’t in the past year? What do you want to change or improve? Double down on what you are happy and successful about?
2. Set a Resolution - don’t feel silly about taking Mah Jongg serious, it’s good to take action and become the player you want to be. That might mean taking a class with me
3. Set Goals: what do you want to accomplish? Maybe it’s learn the card, be a faster player, play every hand on card or it might be as simple as play more with Mah Jongg friends - write them down on list and check out my youtube channel for the solutions / @mahjonggclass
4. Plan the year: get it on your calendar and mark times you are dedicating to mahjongg learning & playing be patient and persistent
5. Detox your Mah Jongg game -let the negativity go, that might be the person or the practice, kill the negative table talk. Keep your games enjoyable and fun! BREATHE
6. Prioritize Wellness - Your Health & Body. Get enough sleep and eat right and exercise that includes your mind, Mah Jongg is perfect for that!
7. Create Good Habits: you don’t need to change everything you do, set your intention for your next Mah jongg Game - Focusing on being faster or picking a hand or in the Charleston.
