One malayalam vlogger 'tech travel eat, has done the same at the same spot using tata harrier with panoramic sunroof. There was no leak. So this is something related to the build quality. The sunroof shouldn't leak like this.

We have seen the incident happened with you n your suv recently while visiting KAZA and we understand your grief as a owner of several cars. Off-late, we just want to make you aware that you are absolutely ok on your part as an customer hence don’t be shaky or panic, be on your points which particularly highlights failure of Mahindra company as they have been failed yet to address your issue, this would have their top priority than defending themselves by circulating a video. No issue.. Probably they have been noticing a good amount of damage by their negligent attitude and that will be continued in near future too. I had planned to buy their one top luxury suv but same day watching yours video we have stopped ourselves for Mahindra for whole life and same way many others will do.. So not to worry, be on your points and if possible you can file a case in consumer forum for their poor quality and non service after sales. You have support of your viewers and We are there with you. If they call to repair suv then you can go ahead but all should be on records. Best of Luck !!

Get some knowledge first , if the sun roof rubber is not properly installed , water with high potential can easily penetrate ,, i hve XUV 500 , first batch car , run roof water rail got blocked, due to which 💦 inside cabin,, it's not Mahindra s fault ,it's yours car, u hve to Maintain it, inspect , company has tested the cars for multiple days , just like any other brand,, still u want to buy any other brand car, go ahed comprises with your families safty

Arun Bhai. It is a Fit and Finish issue, the rubber beading on Sunroof looks distorted, this is probably with your Scorpio N only or may be few out there. It should be resolved.

It is because one person was standing and guy was putting brakes you can see him in another video.. because of persons. Back continuous rubbing seal might have came out.. seal assemble like you might have seen in your fridge.. in creta also he abused as they were sitting on sunroof glass that too in open condition
