Dear Rebecca, I think the same She is the first one, from India that finally has the wisdom, the Love and also the knowledge that embrace our terrestrial been....that if is here, is here for a perfect "reason".She bring really a new spirituality, so near to indigenous culture...in this sense I can recognice a Oness, that was given, for sure in different lunguage and culture, to bring to us as humanity, the same essence of Love!!! Deep wisdom being handed down here. A teacher of teachers has emerged.

I am so glad I found her. I am hoping to sit in her presence and to have my doubts cleared. Bless youtube for bringing such wisdom to me. Most teachers dont go beyound a point where one experiences pure detachment of eveything and the non existence of a person and an entity moving in the body. After that its like running in the dark trying to make sense of life, relationship, internal processes coz everything is experienced so intensely. One does not know where to draw the boundaries and how to be in control of so many things that is pulling the attention outside. Thankyou Maiyaa.

Depends how you want it. There's ways to increase energy body. Meditation or consciousness happens at a certain level of energy you have to be on. That wave. So you could very easily be in it more. If you like. ;)

Seeing this was so great.. I was not in the body so long it suffered .. then there was a sort of negative feedback loop .. I couldn’t understand.. there was one person who just kept telling me.. come back.. you have to be in the body .. I fought it

If I may please share a perspective about pain.. any sort of pain or aggressive reactions only occur when there is something we haven't fully healed from. We are the creators of our external: our inner reflection creates reality, to raise our awareness. I hope I make sense please., We are a light being that resides in a vehicle called our body.. we put meanings with perceptions of each's thoughts and perspectives. 🌚💝🌝

The problem is they don't speak,they just unleash. I have struggled with this problem, I was more in the other side than here,struggled with everything and everyone around me. Now tell me how can you have a bliss when you even don't feel your body. Feeling and the body has to have in contact to complete you.

This is not the way ego is removed. Believe me after watching what that so called grinding of ego does for many many years living on an ashram, it backfires. You just give it up as wisdom slowly gives you the sense to do just that. Takes time, soft and slow. No big dramatic event.

Namaskaar, this is not one of Maharishikaa’s followers. This is a local man from Tiruvannamalai who was regularly coming to the open Satsangs, which are open to everyone. He’d always come intoxicated and I remember Maharishikaa would always be so compassionate, patient, loving. She’d listen to him, offer him tea or money to buy food to eat.
