@UCYYylMWvi5p2y8T5rVVdL8g would just like to reiterate that, NO, your MagCase does not work with the MagSafe battery pack. Is the MagSafe battery pack to weak to reach the phone with your thick case? YES! Is that Apple's faulter? NO! Is this your fault for marketing a product that works with MagSafe accessories? A BIG YES! You know damn well that 1st party Apple Accessories should have been tested extensively and I have used multiple Apple MagSafe battery packs and NONE of them worked. Yes, it detects the battery pack but as 0% because your case is just too thick. I urge you to refund your customers who bought this specific case from you as this is very MISLEADING. I love your products and they work really well but this specific Mag cases you released is a big L on your side and should stop production immediately.

@@JackMihoff6969 show me where they say it’s designed for MagSafe products? They have clauses that say “compatibility with MagSafe products may vary”. Their bottom line is their own ecosystem, not apples.

They didn't market it to be used with apple magsafe. I have a sharge power bank and Esr. It works on both and also a spigen magsafe stand charger and works on it. Apple magsafe is just too weak is all@@JackMihoff6969
