@@manitobant6738 yea, tho taranza wasnt really a bad guy the same way magolor was. he was just trying to help his queen/love and once shit hit the fan he opted to help kirb pretty quickly. also the squeaks are still treasure hunters, nothing changed with them. they just learned never to steal from kirb again.

I love how KIRBY of all franchises has the most unconventionally insane lore tidbits like a random-ass Butterfly being a god of judgment or the names of certain songs containing story implications for places & characters. Or better yet in this case, where Magolor from Kirby Clash Deluxe is the same one from RtDL, making KCD dubiously canon

I love how throughout the game, you unlock all his abilities from Star Allies! From the Dash, to the Blackhole, and at the end, its his down+up attack. It's amazing!

He probably just absorbed Nova's power to revive himself, like in the Marx Soul cutscene, but instead of trying to fight Kirby again, he cut his losses and gave up after reaching the (very correct) conclusion that Kirby would kick the tar out of him again if he tried to have a rematch. But it would be cool to have a Marx campaign regardless.

Well when you upgrade the upwards projectile to the fullest he says something like "now i can conquer a kingdom in the sky", wich i believe to be a reference to kirby tripke deluxe. Not to mention he is known as dimension traveler. I dont think its to farfetxhed to say that he didnt meet a few people here and there

I felt like initially reacting to Fire Puffer's roll attack was more intuitive/easy to do. Y'know, versus EX Puffer feeling purely like changes for the sake of messing with the player a la Pyribbit. The roll going into the background was really cool!

Given that the credits sortof confirm that the _Kirby Clash_ games are kindof canon, I’m more inclined to believe that they’re representative of the different element shards you can get in those games; Electricky Dooter representing the Thunder Shards, Fiery Puffer representing the Fire Shards, and Hydraith representing the Water Shards. The Crowned Doomer can be the Rare Shards I guess.

Wow this is honestly longer than I thought it would be and that’s NOT a bad thing. Definitely looking forward to this mode.

It's interesting.. when Magalor made his appearance in Star Allies, I thought his attacks were all taken from his boss fight('s), as in after return to Dreamland, He kept his powers similar to Marx. It appears I was wrong, and Magalor is in fact, just a Mage. An extremely powerful mage, but still. Now I really want to see Magalor Vs Marx..

Magolor is quite a lovable little warlock of doom. I hope he comes back in another game.

The interesting thing is at the beginning, they specifically show *Magolor Soul*, rather than the Story Mode counterpart, which would mean the Epilogue is after Extra Mode, and therefore all of the connections to the Clash games would be a part of this grand “what-if” scenario, rather than the main timeline. Then again, they specifically say the Epilogue is after the main story, so who knows. Either way, it all shows that every single thing in Kirby truly is canon, and I’m happy to see that.

I think the implication is that Magalor Soul is who Kirby fought after beating drunk on power Magalor, the phase one part of the fight, whether that be the Story Mode one or not is up to you. Which could make sense if you think about it. Assuming the Master Crown was trying to use Magalor as a puppet from the start, Kirby beating Magalor once would have signaled that it's puppet wasn't enough and thus it fully unleashes it's power, becoming Magalor Soul and in turn tearing Megalor's own soul apart to achieve such. This would lead into the Epilogue as Magalor is regaining what he lost. Whether this means the Arena is canon in some regard is hard to say but it wouldn't be the first time that at least one Arena Fight is. Remember, Kirby canonically fights the version of Efilin seen in the final arena of Forgotten Land to fully restore his new friend. So it's possible that is the case here. We'll just have to see...

I'd say that was just a mistake on the developers part, because would kirby destroying magalors soul essentially wipe him out of existence entirely? The end of the fight is even different with magalors soul fading into smoke, while the original fight shows him being transported to another realm.

I feel like in the Master Crown Battle there's a Quick reference to the Forgotten Land due to the Background in the fight you can see some strange buildings and also structures that are pretty similar to those who appeared in Forgotten Land

I so badly wanna talk about this somewhere so I guess it’ll be here: it can’t escape me how, to (re)obtain power/knowledge, magolor (Adam) took the forbidden apple from the forbidden tree only for god himself to try to cast him out/destroy him. Except Magolor won. And he’s been using his knowledge/power to be better ever since. Like WOW!!!! Absolutely incredible writing and ending. (I haven’t played the Kirby game involving the apparent micro transaction apples, I just think this is super fascinating to analyze).

So basically this is kind of part canon and non-canon at the same time, this is because the kirby clash games aren't inherently non-canon like Kirby's pinball land for example but they take place in another dimension. So what this shows is how magolor gained his powers back and ended up in that other dimension but since he has the ability to travel between dimensions he can go between the main dimension to do stuff like make merry magoland (rtdl DX, dream collection, and Dedede's drum dash deluxe) and appear in star allies but also go back to the other dimension to help team kirby in the clash games.

Well, my theory is that magolor purposely got you to buy stuff with gem Apples in super Kirby clash so he could use the power of them when he has enough (aka when you buy everything in the store) to travel back to the mainline game dimension which also explains how he’s still around in the mainline game dimension in the newer games

Magolor's little giggle at 1:42:51 is the most adorable sound I've heard all day, I couldn't help but tear up at how cute it sounded! It didn't help that he even waved at us while he let out that giggle, almost as if to say, "See you soon!"

Gain new abilities as you progress through the game and then being able to improve them to your liking is something that future "Kirby(s)" should have

Wonder if Marx is out there having off camera adventures trying to become a final boss again, although Magolor already has him beaten, because not only is he regaining his powers he even came with a money making scheme that could make the Haltmann Works Company jealous, that means that he has the power of magic and money on his side

Magolor’s (multiple) dash(es) is absurdly broken when it comes to making combos for platinum ranks and damage, even with bosses although they take longer. One dash can hit an enemy four times and with multiple dashes you can hit up to 8(with double dash) or 12(with triple dash) and it can hit the same enemy multiple times while being INVINCIBLE during the dash

I always saw Magalor as the Representation of Judas, Someone who Kirby trusted but ultimately Lied and Betrayed Kirby for his own gain just like what Judas did to Jesus. But Magalor is different, unlike Judas who was eventually punished for his unforgivable crime, Magalor was able to Redeem himself Great story btw.

Well, Judas wasn't punished so much as he committed suicide by hanging himself. Honestly, if he hadn't, he could have redeemed himself. That was the whole point of the death and resurrection. We have a means for forgiveness and redemption. Judas, unfortunately, didn't see it before it was too late. Good for Magalor at least.

He regained and enhanced his power,he didn’t have all of this before the master crown was placed on his lil head

I kinda wish Magalor had a bit of dialogue at the end boss or something. After the crown posesses the tree or whatever I could see him saying "Is that the Crown? I didn't think I'd get my revenge so soon!" immediately before destroying it.

And that's how Magolor came back for Star Allies

SHUT UP!!!! They actually made lore on Maglor turning green and selling jeweled fruit in a side game that’s now cannon to story. What seemed like a lazy color swap for the sake of making a “different” Magalor from the evil one, actually has a backstory and reason!! My god they just keep treating us Kirby fans gloriously with fan service and story!

I realized that the extra stage are those another dimension levels in the base game now with color! And a bit extra hard too ahaha

No? . . . . . . good if you look in the background of the final boss Master Crown or Mega Wispy as i like to call it, you can see a pre landia Halcandra, where the master crown looks like its raining fire and meteors down upon a masive techno city similarly looking like the Map Ver. of Lab Discovera, is this why Halcandra is a firey factory? is the master crown terrorising the land before landia took it and protected it?

Can we just talk about how the final boss ends with a ‘RULES OF NATURE’ style finisher, a la raiden mgr

All of Kirby Star Allies characters are now allies of Kirby, with this we really know the story of how Magolor ended up in Star Allies helping Kirby. Now the next one to explain it's Marx... Kirby Super Star Deluxe coming next?

This is really fun,the only problem is that the game is short. The platinum medals kept me busy but I got all of them and all upgraded everything so there’s nothing else to do

I am looking foward to this mode is look like hal perfected their canon hard side mode they started in star allies

in theory this mode opens up the possibility that in the possible next remakes we can play with the villains or important characters of each game (like susie or haltmann for planet robobot)

My boy Magolor got his own game in a game now i need to get this dang game, marx when?

So this is Magolor's magical abilities and use the Magic Energy to defeat those enemies.. I really like the way you can try using wisely for the Dream Land.. It happen to me from the past I have lost my life and lose my family didn't play this game.. But I was hoping to watch some amazing action adventures.. ☺👍

i doubt it's a coincidence that you get 86 hits with a full power Magalor Cannon in a specific room.

I just beat this. But who in the right mind would have you rotate the control stick during the final boss? I had some Mario Party flashbacks. (I tried emulating the original on an N64 emulator)

now we need the marx spin off bc is magolor had one we need to know WHAT THE FLIPPING happened to marx for him to be a friend in star allies

I think itnwas stated that he becomes peacefull when fed

Upward magic shpere=a projectile uppercut I just find it as is gonne be pretty effective with the right spacing even when you not anti airing

Dude, actually, the first time i see the epilogue and i make a prediction right ahead saying "oOoOoH apple green power oOoOoOh

I wonder if we'll get a Marx Epilogue too, to show how he came back in Allies after his defeat in Super Star.

If Magolor traveled through dimensions, then Marx, in his own epilogue, definitely has to go through all the possible circles of hell and defeat the Devil in order to get out. Then he wanted to kill Kirby, but he gave him a cake and now Marx is kind.

i dont think we need it, cuz he essencially just survives the battle with kirby, and since the true arena isnt cannon he just goes back home, but im down for marx's walking simulator
