The thing I just realized with this video is that there actually were a lot of Magnus scenes in the show. I just felt there weren't ever enough scenes of him and that there were very little. But this video shows there were a lot scenes it just felt like few because I guess I can't get enough of Magnus Bane. He was my favorite character in the show.

Somehow I feel like he could play a really good Jack Sparrow if someday they decided to reboot the movie after Depp left. The tendency to drink alcohol, the creative way of fighting, the fluid movement when he walks. Perfect. Also he rocked the eyeliner game so good 🔥

Magnus's facial expressions are everything, he's so sassy yet so serious at other times. I think this is Malec being iconic 😂😍

to be fair he is around 400 years old so whilst 17000 is a lot its not completely ridiculous especially given the sort of person he is and the fact he didn't specify what kind of relationship.

Watching him do his magic is one of the best things ever. He’s quite possibly my favorite television character of all time!

So I remember reading the first book and getting excited. Saw the movie and lost interest so I never finished the series. But now I’m gonna watch the heck out of this show if only to see Magnus

I was actually same with you. I read the first book, saw the movie and it ruined it for me so I stopped reading. Then the TV Show came out watched it and went back to reading. Now I already finished all the shadowhunter books. Magnus is always present in all the series.

See it was a completely different process for me, it was like Avatar for me, I saw the movie and actually liked it growing up, then for Avatar I watched the show and realized how bad the movie was, for shadowhunters, I started the show, then read the book. And decided that The Infernal Devices was my favorite, but I ended up loving the show so much that I read all the Mortal Instruments books and really enjoyed them.

Aaahhh this is magnificent! Magnus is best thing about this show! “You’re so cute when your serious.” Love your edit!
