The one thing I don't see out of all other youtubers that are realtors. They never show the surrounding neighborhoods. Can you Before you start showing the actual house for sale, can you show video of the surrounding neighborhood conditions? This will give us a better idea where we're going to live by. It is not cool to show a very nice neighborhood close to some poor condition. Neighborhoods, this actually will affect the value of the house.

The property Tax is 2.1% that's insane. And the house 600k. So even after you pay off the mortgage you have to pay $1050 a month. Thats 12k+ a year.

Texas puts a lot of other states houses to shame I am thinking of moving to Texas every house you show is a master piece from 200k to the millions I lived in Texas for years but moved for work but keep telling my wife we need to get a house but she scared the news shows that the cops and criminals are doing crazy stuff we have a teenage boy but i told her you can carry your gun in Texas 😊😊😊 but these houses are just nice I would like to see houses with acreage I don't know if there are other subscribers that want to see that but great job great content

Texas is alot safer than any liberal blue state and it's usually a particular type of people who are responsible for all the crime, even so, alot of the crime happens between people who live a certain type of lifestyle. If you stay away from the trouble and exercise common sense then more likely than not trouble will avoid you. No different than anywhere else. The houses in Texas are about on par with what you'll see in Florida (where I currently live) with Texas being a little on the cheaper side. The summers will be challenging but if you're from Texas than I'm sure you'll have no problem readjusting.

@@bricklayer779 I love the Lord and I never get enough of hearing about it. However, when you go to church imagine if the pastor kept going over John 3:16 every time. You would stop going. Every word in the Bible hits everyone and if a person unsaved tunes in and hear Gods word it’s going to hit them. Roman 10:9 is the salvation prayer that every Christian needs to know to be saved. Why can’t that be talked about? I think before we decide what God is going to do. We need to read every word and know that the Lord will convict those that aren’t saved on his word. Which is the entire Bible, but thank you for your comment my brother in Christ. I hope if I am wrong on anything else that people like yourself will let me know. However on this I am not wrong, but neither are you. Gods word is strong we shouldn’t limit it.

I am a Sunday School teacher so I go to church every Sunday and I read my Bible every day. So, please don’t be rude, I made a suggestion. To help him out. I love his channel. I think it’s funny how people have jumped on me for making a suggestion. Please check where your anger comes from. As I said before. All the Bible is Gods word. Soooo, giving Gods word in any part of the Bible will touch a sinner. Now I will say this to you. No harm and I thank you for your suggestion to go to church. My question to you is,”Before you wrote this statement did you feel angry? If so ask yourself, where did it come from?” We are all in the body of Christ if you saved so you would hurt your body? Something to think about. If it was a suggestion great, but if you was trying to be nasty well that is something that you need to go to the father about.
