This is a magnificent 49" Wehrle shelf trumpeter. The clock plays 4 tunes on 8 trumpets at the top of each hour or on demand.
This clock was owned by the same family since new in a jewelry store in Upper Peninsula Michigan, came to us with extensive provenance.
Circa 1890.
