@@MediaCreationClub1 and also you just show how you pulled cable about cable pulling inside the door frame for mag locks

Very good video. the only issue is that you are using cat5e or cat6 for the power into the mag lock, and you are banding 2 wires together for each port. industry standard for a mag lock 12/24 volt should use 18/2 stranded cable. you do not want to split your power going down 2 wires for the same port. cat5e or cat6 is not supported anywhere in the industry for use as power to any mag or strike.

Can you make a video short of you kicking the door or pushing it? I’d like to see if someone can kick the door open or ram the door open. Tons of instal videos but no videos of anyone testing its strength

Its a 600 pound electro magnetic lock, which means it requires greater than 600 pounds of force to open it. These are pretty standard on interior doors. Exterior doors are typically 1200 pounds. I've responded to calls where people tried to pry them open and the door was mangled before the lock failed. Only situation I saw was when someone drilled holes in the door and added hooks. Then they attached cable to the tow hitch of their truck and tried to pull the door open. Half the door jam came out, but the lock was still engaged till they cut the power to the lock.

theres adhesive side as well theres a rubber film that prevents sliding and mere movement

Can turn off just switch off the 12 volt adapter giving power to magnet

Never use this cable for Electromagnetic lock, use drop-cable 0.8x4.

I need help I accidentally shorted the positive wire that goes into the positive terminal by pushing the copper wire away from the negative side of the terminal and a spark happened so now it doesn’t work how do I fix
