Someone may have already said it but veemon can only reduce the Evo cost if there’s a blue tamer in play
10:47 at the time once the security was removed (checked a ruin mode) the Magna only triggered its when digivolving effect once as all of its effects last until the end of the opponents turn so they indeed would clash at 15k with the buff.

@@SpideyPlaysTCG also Shine couldnt play Marcus on game 2 with Rizegreymon effects since he digievo Agumon on breed missing the time of when digi of Rize.
9:35 magna x can't unsupspend because that mandatory eff and that already active when the first security leave at 8:39
