As somebody once said; "you are the Bob Ross of Photoshop". Thanks for sharing your priceless knowledge with all of us!!
The last step of grouping all the edit layers and gradually reducing the opacity to subtly bring back the glare for a natural look is very helpful.
I've said before, love your work! In my job I do a great deal of exactly this in school portrait photography...so, I was very pleased to discover that your method is almost exactly the same as the one I have developed over the years :) Only difference is that for speed, I usually work more without layers and masks and rely greatly on the history brush (very underrated tool), but on more difficult ones like this, yes layers are the way. I am amazed at your depth of knowledge! So much to learn :)
Not only you have the knowledge, but also you transmit your knowledge very well. You're such a great teacher that Adobe should made you their ambassador!
Have you ever thought of doing a full A-Z Photoshop video tutorial course where anyone wanting to learn Photoshop can just sit through systematically from the beginning and learn all the major skills required? Something similar to a course like Deke McClelland's Photoshop One-on-One courses but with you, as you're a great educator and your style of teaching is really great for this medium!
I love your tutorials, Outstanding! Your knowledge, the tone of your voice, your friendly warm demeanor, your beautiful sensibility & face adds to my pleasure of learning. I so appreciate the sharing of your knowledge. Keep Sorted & Safe. Ta!
Fantastic job as always man! Love you content. The videos are always to the point and very well thought out
I am speechless. I have a photo with so much glare on my friend's eyeglasses that I thought was hopeless. I was about to tell him the bad news that I couldn't help him to fix the problem...until I watched your tutorial!!! I practiced three times and on the fourth time, it was almost perfect! Good as new! Thank you very much for sharing! You are the best PS teacher.
I loved how you just took several phased passes or digestible chunks in tackling this lens glare removal edit. Well done!
I love your channel, and you have a WEALTH of Photoshop knowledge. I am a photographer, and someone who was fortunate enough to have mentors who taught me to achieve every possible thing I can 'in' camera, and let post be a tool to enhance, not correct. If you're photographing someone wearing glasses, I'd suggest placing your lighting to their side (side lighting) allowing you to still achieve some gorgeous light on you're subject, without the glare of a light source that's causing this issue in the first place. This is still a great tutorial, it just feels aimed at photographers who want to solve everything in post and ignore understanding the basic fundamentals of lighting. Light is everything.
Love your videos and I'm so glad you now talk a little slower....I did struggle following you at that fast pace! 🙏🏼☺️
Amazing transformation of the photo! Realy incredible. Looks so easy the way you do it!
Every time I tune to your videos, I truly enjoy and learn a lot from the topic. I though to add that if someone finds the pace of your presentation a bit fast, they can change it (if they are signed in in KZread). From the settings icon on the lower right, open the "Playback Speed" and choose a slower pace; for me .75 will do perfect! Giving me time to absorb the information as you go. BTW, I love your presentation style! Professional, friendly and encouraging...
You're just amazing. You make Photoshop look simple.

When taking a photograph in that situation, you can use a polarizing filter. If you don't, I agree that this is a good tutorial to remove the glare in post.
Wow great tutorial - so easy to follow & so happy I removed the glare from my subject and fixed the green colour cast there too - THANK YOU!!!
Thank you so much! I have some Photoshop experience but had no clue how to do this. My partner and I just got back from a trip to Japan and being able to touch up photos like this has helped me enormously.
Once again, you're a genius teacher. Pacing, review, reassurance....everything fantastic. Thank you!
I don’t have a pc , I don’t use photoshop, i have nothing related to photoshop and I don’t like photoshop so much, BUT 90% OF THE YT CONTENT I WATCH IS YOURS ABOUT PHOTOSHOP!!! why am i enjoying so muchhhh??!

I just tried this, and you make me look like a professional. Thank you! It's magic!
Thank you! The steps are really easy to follow and I successfully did mine and it turned out great despite of 0 skill of Photoshop 😭👍🏼❤️
Thank you for the video. Absolutely informative and beautifully demonstrated.
Thank you for this. Simple and to the point. Well done.
I'm just here to say how happy I am to see that you name your layers. You don't know how many times I've gotten layered files from the retouching dept with no naming conventions.
When I saw this video, I was like, "HOW is that going to be possible?" but thankfully you said what you said at the beginning. It was still an interesting video to watch your approach towards this edit. Lovely end results for it as well.
I wish you would come to the USA and teach our people how to speak in complete sentences (Subject + Verb + Object.) Few of our people know how to speak intelligently, due to our very poor public education system here (and it is getting wordse by the day, especially in our big cities.) Probably 75% of our high school graduates could not identify the noun and the verb in a sentence. But YOUR verbal presentation is OUTSTANDING. Thank you for holding high the banner of good linguistic ocommunication !
Very helpful. Thanks!
Thank you for this video!! You helped me save a project big time.
Your videos are simply amazing! Thank you so much, you are an incredible teacher with so much talent.

Loved your video tutorial. It's on point and way too easy to understand for beginners. I have never used the PS to edit pics but now I can edit the glares from a Pic. Thank you 🙌 One Request - Is there any way to edit the fog from the eye glasses in a picture. I have few pics that has this problem but I'm not able to edit it out.
learning something new every time!
Thanx for everything dear Unmesh!
Great as always. I wonder how many of us truly owe you for all the skills you have taught. Do you think this could work with clear face shields?
The Best Tutorial Ever . . . More Power Sir thank for sharing 😍🙏💯👍
I just stumbled upon your channel and I'm really liking the tutorials. Too bad I don't use Photoshop anymore because I outsourced my Photoshop edits/tasks which was actually cheaper then paying the monthly subscription. All the best, greetings from The Netherlands!
You are the best. Congratulations.
Awesome skill. Thank you.
thanks for making this tutorial
great, I have to practice with you sample thanx a lot
I also have a Wacom tablet. It’s been essential to my work. It have been dropped, scratched and still works. The pen works well with brush sensitivity on. Great tutorials. Many thanks.

@@hahahahaahhahahaahah I use an XP-Pen Star G960 which costs about $70. Performance is very similar to Wacom. It's lightweight and rugged. The stylus is my one criticism. The button takes a lot of use to get used to. It's black on black and hard to feel. You can get smaller tablets for about half that price, but some are too small to be comfortable in use. At first I couldn't quickly find it to use it and other times I would click accidentally. Not a problem anymore. I can afford a Wacom tablet, but I'm not a heavy, daily Photoshop user and there aren't enough performance differences to justify the cost.
Great video, thank you.
Such a great knowledge 👏
You are just amazing bro. this is what i m searching for long time. i m very impressed. may god bless you with real happiness.
Another great job-- thanks! The eyes seem a bit soft relative to other features. Don't know whether that's due to the corrections, or the glass they were photographed through. Does it make sense to add some sharpening to the eyes as a final step? Also, I think I know why the color matching was a bit challenging. It looks like there areas of magenta (nose) and orange (forehead) on his face, so balancing is a bit of a war :) Thanks again
Very beautiful technique
Awesome! You're an amazing teacher :)
This was painful to learn, but I'm glad I took the time to review and review until I got it straight. Thank you for helping me save my photos!!
Nice thanks , uploaded on my birthday :) I think that apart from the wrinkles being completely removed, the shadows were also taken in the process and it looks rather flat. the glasses would cast some shadows due to the depth of the face and sometimes even shine from the lenses
AMAZING as always...
Fantastic! I don't know if I love you or Photoshop more says this 63 year old!
Lifesaver Thank you.
I am always wait for your videos ☺☺☺
I would set the initial burn layer to luminance blending mode. That way, the colors are not affected by burning. Great tutorial! :-)
Thank you. Just tried on some terra cotta tiles on a garage roof that had a green lens flare....all gone. brilliant.
It's amazing!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
Thank you so much! You are Awesome!
