I took a yoga class in Costa Rica long ago and the teacher called Happy Baby pose Dead Bug. 😆 It was not a themed class, just a regular day. I love your creativity with the flows! My favorite pose this time was the soul cake, I think I'll start adding that to my personal practice more often. The background music was on point, and of course the poem as well. I really appreciate all the thought and energy you put into these videos, and so grateful I get to experience them. This will be the first year I've celebrated Samhain- I made soul cakes for the first time and will definitely make it as a part of the yearly celebration. I'm excited to clean my home in preparation for my ancestors arrival of my first dumb dinner. Along with a few divination practices to commune with them even further.

I am also doing also doing a deep ritual cleaning today! We have family over on Halloween for a little (dumb) supper and then we all take Sky trick-or-treating. Omg bat pose and Samhain table/light as a feather filled me with such joy!!! Love your videos. I’ve felt so disconnected from my practice and eclipse season has been like 🤯 so I think I’m just going to clean my altar and leave offerings for my ancestors and deities today. Maybe draw some tarot and/or meditate. Simple but necessary.

Did this class so late! But the magic and intention are always there!✨ this class was so calming I recalled loved coffin pose it was so calming and it was what I needed! Ahhh I am so behind on comments -- forgive me, friend. I loveeeed coffin pose and couldve stayed there for hours haha. I'm glad you're able to take them too. Our halloween was great. Sky is so into it and we had a blast decorating and trick-or-treating. Magical! How was yours?! did you dress up?

@@moonmedicineyoga Yes. Why have I never done that before? Lol 🤔 On another note, the ending poem made me cry. Been going through a lot lately. And have lost several close to me throughout my life. Including my girls father 6yrs ago. So the prose here speaks to me And at 48years old myself, sometimes need to face your own mortality... Despite the fact Im determined to live to 130 yrs old lol I have a 3yr old with trisomy 21 so this determination is justified ♡ Your yoga flows are always beautiful. Thank you ♡
