TOOLS & MATERIALS USED
✂ designs printed on 200gsm paper - 74 lb cover (160gsm - 60lb cover is also ok) - or physical design paper in similar weight.
✂ medium weight chipboard (1.5 or 2mm thick)
✂ black cardstock (200gsm - 74 lb cover)
✂ double sided tape
✂ liquid glue (for example tacky glue, Marina uses Pentart Hobby Glue)
✂ scissors
✂ bone folder
✂ scoring board (or scoring tool/empty pen, mat and ruler)
✂ strong flat magnets (neodymium), 8mm - 5/16 inch in diameter, 1mm thick)
cardstock (160gsm - 60lb cover) in a color that matches your design paper (ivory color in the tutorial) or what you have laying around
✂ paper trimmer (optional)
✂ embossing tool (optional)
✂ ruler, mat and craft knife (optional)

Absolutely beautiful! The designs are beautiful and the construction is amazing. Can you tell me what brand paper trimmer you use. Yours cuts so perfect. I have about 6 different trimmers and none of them cut straight.
Marina, which kit did you use - the mini or the standard kit? You mentioned "mini journal," but I don't see some of the pages you used. Your creation is gorgeous. I would like to make one for myself, but want to make sure which kit I need to purchase. Thank you for sharing your creativity❣

It's best to use neodymium magnet.
Oh wow I have been looking for a kit to make my mom something for her todo on her down time she has stage 4 liver cancer ans she loves these kinds of images.. id love to make her a a journal with these . Can I make a whole journal too?
