Dear sir in the question rule of law index the key word which suits law could be obviously justice but the word "justice" is mentioned in both the options b and d where it can be a match for international court of justice too. Then how did you confirm on option D only by using logically connecting tikdams

Option (B) can be eliminated easily. Most of the missiles designed indigenously are named after Indian names - Akash, Prithvi, Agni, Prahaar, Nirbhay. Israeli too names their defense system/ weapons - Israeli name.

I would say that a Court meant for addressing disputes would not be issuing a Report. That's like saying that courts in India issue reports on law and order instead of the Ministry of Law. Hope you got your answer. Have a good prep........

But Tajikistan is member of SCO

In your explaination of SCO, the option 2, even if we remove both from statement 2, it would still makes sense ((both) india and pakistan are members) so ideally as per your explqination option 2 should also be wrong
