Thank you for the compliment Harry. But I don´t think I´m any magic. Tim is the real and true MAGIC man here. And I have to say, after spending one wonderful day with him, I am the very lucky guy who had the honor to talk for the day with him, never though that in person would exceed my expectations so much, such a honorable man, serious, professional, sometimes so funny and laughed so hard with him... and one of a kind guy. We talked about lots of things, we disagreed in some and it was such a pleasure to see his pov´s in so many aspects; certainly is a very wise man and I hope to see him again around soon. All the best.

That's true. The farther you get from the urban core of Metro Cebu area, the cheaper the rental gets. Yet, you're still in Cebu. Cebu has lots of rural towns which are quite beautiful, peaceful and cheap to live yet you're just a few minutes to few hours drive to the life's modern convenience in Cebu City. One needs not live on a remote province or island outside Cebu just to live on a budget. You don't need to sacrifice your life's cravings and personal tastes just to live the life you want by living in a place so remote devoid of many modern comforts. Cebu has lots of unspoilt natural attractions outside these 4 core cities like the lush scenic mountains with lots of blue waterfalls, cold springs, streams, rivers, white sandy beaches all over for you to enjoy in such a serene environment.

If he runs the AC 24/7 about $200 at the most depending on the current cost. I was in madaue in 2020 rona lock down....I paid between 125-150. This apartment is a steal....my only concern is security. Sometimes security is in on break ins....

Nice place in a nice community! Reminds me of a peaceful neighborhood I can see next to Midori Residences in Banilad next to Cebu Home Builders.

You can find some great deals if you look hard enough, and are tenacious enough! I was living in Mindanao in a 2br apartment for 7k/month (50php for water). But his is MUCH nicer! and about twice as big jeez.

The rent is low, but all of the upgrades and furnishings may not be for everyone. I don't like feeling saddled with a bunch of "stuff." It did look cozy though.

I guess it depends how settled you are. I'm pretty sure most settled people have a bed, couch and a TV.

Wow 8k rent for a whole house so cheap. We used to rent an apartment room for 6k at a.s.fortuna st.mandaue city. Electricity and Water bill we pay separately accdg to usage. Usually it ranges 15k-25k rent in a subdivision in cities like mandaue city.

My monthly house rate bill in the UK is more than 150 US dollars and for that I have my garbage collected twice a month. If I was 10 years younger I would be on the next plane to the Philippines.

I live in Compostela just a few minutes up the road from him and I swear I just recently saw him 👀. He lives right next to City Hardware where I shop often. My wife even thinks she recognizes his girl from college.
