No closed captions? It's cool seeing what you are doing but I wish I was able to know what you were saying while you did it. Or does this video just play music?

Adding closed captures would be great !

Yes, that is true! I try to include some captions here and there about the most important parts and in the past there were automatic subtitles for the videos but I guess they are disabled now? I will look into how to do captions directly on youtube.

I’m having trouble figuring out the heel

thanks for your video..tell me i have a yarn 70 % wool and 30 acrylic..(suugested needle 5 )..tell me if i use this yarn and needle..how many should i cast on ..so that it not big socks but normal size sock like yt video...plz advice thanks

Hi Rastree! To calculate the number of stitches you need the gauge of your yarn. Then you can compare for example how many stitches of 4ply sock yarn are 10 cm and how many stitches of your yarn are 10 cm and use that to calculate your total amount of stitches.

This isn't following the pattern, or yarn weight of original pattern in the booklet, "The Magic Loop", by Bev Galeskas, published by Fiber Trends, 2002, page 11.

Yes because this is only to illustrate the basic technique of working with circular needles. You can adapt it to different sizes, patterns and yarn weights if you want.
