Djokovic is the best of all time along Federer and Nadal but at 37 sailing inti Wimbledon final with almost no resistance shows how Tennis level dropped. In his prime he had to play very intense matches before getting to Quarter finals where he would meet very intense players, now it seems so easy for him to win at 37 except against Carlos or Sinner

There is also no denying - his draw in this Wimbledon , as was in the 23 tournament, 23 AU & US opens - could not be easier if he hand picked his oponent s himself ! In all cases , his oponent s were a combo of lower seeds ( if any ) and qualifiers & jourymen for his first five rounds in each. A great player no doubt , but since the other two left , the competition level by and large is super weak -

Yeah I really want Novak to win but unfortunately I think Carlos is going to beat him. He's been hitting that dropshot so well these past matches and his ability to retrieve and hit missiles back to nole on defense is better than anyone Novak has played all tournament. I don't see Novak winning unless Carlos makes an insane amount of unforced errors or Djokovic plays super aggressively and is also super accurate with his strokes into the corners.

Musetti has two tour titles, at Hamburg and Naples, both in 2022. He should be proud of himself today against one of the giants of the sport. He has similar physical assets as Novak, and should add something to his game from this experience.
