They are the most underrated duo on the show

Daryl kinda indirectly killed Maggie's whole family. Stopped Carl from sniping the govenor right before the govenor killed Hershel. Lost Beth. Then of course, punched Negan which made Negan kill Glenn. I don't *blame* him for any of these but damn 💀

Carl would have missed his shot anyways but if he hadn’t. I’m sure Mitch or Alisha would have just killed Hershel anyways. Daryl can’t be blamed for Beth b/c he told her to get out of the house they were in when walkers showed up and Beth did just that and it happened to be at the worst time since the Grady cops were out looking for ppl, Glenn’s death wasn’t Daryl’s fault. Glenn got the group it’s first and only warning from Negan after he tried to stop Negan from offering to kill Maggie since she looked like shit and Negan told the group that if anyone tried that shit or any other shit again there would be no exceptions and he pointed right at Glenn as he said it. Daryl offered himself up to be Lucilled after he punched Negan but Negan was a man of his word.

Me, expecting to see one of the most important, emotionally hard-hitting scenes between Daryl and Maggie, her forgiving him and relieving him of his guilt over Glen's death. 😃 Me when I see it's been mercilessly and unceremoniously SKIPPED. 😲
