INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
BOIL SOME WATER
1 PACKET NOODLES
BREAK THE NOODLES
BOIL FOR 2 MIN.
REMOVE FROM WATER
COOL DOWN FOR 2 MIN.
¼ CUP CABBAGE
¼ CUP CARROT
2 TBSP GREEN CAPSICUM
2 TBSP ONION
1 TSPN CORIANDER LEAVES
½ TSPN SALT
¼ TSPN CORIANDER POWDER
½ TSPN CHILLI POWDER
3 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
2 TBSP RICE FLOUR
1 PACKET MAGGI MASALA
MIX WELL
MAKE BALL
1 PACKET NOODLES
BREAK INTO PIECES
1/3 CUP FLOUR
¼ TSPN PEPPER POWDER
¼ TSPN SALT
1/3 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
DIP IN FLOUR SLURRY
COAT WITH NOODLES
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
