Someone who works in the service industry here... they refunded her her money to get rid of her permanently, because if they simply threw her out without refunding, she would be back to harass and complain more and even try to get her money back in court, all a waste of time and energy for the hotel. It was simply easier and faster to giver her her money back and then throw her out, as then she won't have an excuse to come back for round 2, a clean break if you will. Plus they look better in everybody else's eyes for taking the high road.

It's kind of a chicken and the egg situation. Which came first? As a child of hers I might be looking for any way to rebel and get far away. One of the hardest things about coming out as trans to your family... was learning that your parent's unconditional love for you could quite literally disappear for telling them who you really are. Beth, your child is hurting and it has nothing to do with the trans community. Has everything to do with how you express your disapproval of who your child always was and when they came to you hoping for your love and support, you not only caused the distance you also have helped an organization looking to harm them. May you forever feel regret for the time you are losing loving your child. I hope your child extends an olive branch and you change your ways and accept them as them. but if not, I hope your child has the happiest life while you live in misery due to your own actions.

Any normal guest at a hotel would file a police report on this horrid hag for destroying their peaceful vacation. Not ton mention the hotel staff whose job she disrupts without any regard just to make a total insane spectacle of herself. How can ANYONE watch this screeching banshee terrorise people just chilling and sitting there and think that THAT is somehow the advocate for normality? What a joke!

Let’s not overplay it. She’s just making a scene and yelling. If she hurt or threatened to hurt them that’s another story. Edit- if she is responsible for the bomb or other threats in CA then I agree with you.

@@Mrnitti196 It depends on her job. If she works with a lot of students from the LGBTQ community, it's pretty clear she couldn't treat them the same as others. Also she seems pretty unstable I wonder what she is like at work in general. Firing her would not be about changing her feelings drag queens. Though I think for her sake she should before she gives herself a stroke.

My granchild is nonbinary. It's been difficult for my brain to make the switch from little girl to neither gender. They wear makeup and dresses, but they also wear goth jeans, black t-shirts, and big boots. It's not my job to judge them, only to love and support them. And I strive to do a good job. VOTE BLUE!!! And because Hawaii is a very blue, very welcoming, very diverse state. I lived there for five years. They legalized abortion and gay marriage before Roe and Obergefell. I'll be curious to see if there is an update to this. When she was screaming, "call the police" and the hotel manager said he already had, you have to assume that they were coming for her. And UC may well fire her when they see this video. These people are just sad and tragic the way they dig their own graves. They live in their own private Hell.

@@joh7636 No, indeed, she did not keep her hell private! But she was the only one for whom the "situation" of a couple of drag queens sitting around minding their own business was hell. I hadn't finished watching it when I posted my remark. At the end, it says that her son or daughter came out as trans. She strikes me as a person who isn't coping well with a personal situation and is trying to find someone to blame. She's in full meltdown. The walls of her tiny world are closing in on her. She was awful, but I felt sorry for her. And she's gonna have to deal with the fallout of her actions and pick up the pieces - as someone pointed out, good luck finding another resort in the middle of June. And UC Davis may well fire her - it should. They always have language in their contracts that gives them the right to fire an employee who embarrasses them.

she worried about her son... so are we lady, we are very concerned about your child.

She’s just jealous that they look better than her.😂
