Tommy's video is from 1938 and spoils some of the year 1930, 1933, 1935 or 1938 which is a bit later in the story and I'm sorry for failing to mention that. It should not spoil too much though.

I think we can assume this is a recast Tommy. Based purely by the fact that Vito and Lincoln are the other voices for their respective games. I'd say they're taking the RE2 route and recasting the characters, given some of the voice acting wasn't great and the additional missions that have been rumored.

As much as I don't like it, I think you are right. I mean I can accept a new voice for Tommy, but the sound from the trailer just doesn't fit him.

It must be Paulie I mean when I first saw the trailer it sounded very familiar. Guess we'll find out more on the 19th.

In my opinion it's Paulie's Voice. Jeremy luke, Andrew Bongiorno are Sam's and Tommy's actors and they sound very different. so must be Paulie

I think it is foolish to think that they will use original voice lines from the original, this is a new actor, and most likely every other character will get one, this is a remake after all.

I hope they hired new actors for remake of the first one. First Mafia was translated from Czech so it was not as good as Mafia 2 and 3 in terms of the voiceovers.

Thats not Paulie lol..as you can see you have all three main protagonist in trilogy trailer and what paulie has to do with it?? its new voice actor for tommy's voice very similar (if not even the same) as leo galante (Frank Ashmore). And its not possible that they used old voices because this remake has expanded story etc... i just hope they keep the details of original mafia, especially car physics but I strongly doubt it, i'm sure that will be the same as the mafia 2 & 3.

ThriceAMafiaSeries i hope also not but the leaks say that the storyline gonna change a little bit and maybe they make some open world stuff in maybe like red dead paulie doesnt die we play tommy until the end then paulie some more mission and a open world that we can do something i hope something in that way we need a game like mafia with more open world i mean the setting of mafia 1 is the best setting we can smuggler alkohol drugs as a mafia member like al capone or have our own clubs etc something like that the potenzial is there buddy

@@vitoscaletta2262 No leaks says that the storyline is gonna change, the microsoft store page leak says "faithfully recreated" "expanded story" "This is the mafia you remembered" - it's most likely going to keep the main storyline the same but the missions are going to be more intense and they are adding more missions.
