Well, at least what i did back in windows 10 (now i have win11 but i havent touched game files at all), is exe file change compatibility settings. I think it runs in 95 or 98 and you dont need run as admin. If everything else is fine, game should run, but if not, then you need play with woodoo3d app to make game think that it has woodoo gpu. Best bet would be get from gog.com by the way.

Sadly this game is set up to be played with keyboard and on pc platform. Maybe it is possible using some emulators but I think it will be not super enjoyable experience
