the soundtrack in this anime is so beautiful. i keep listening to each track and thinking nothing can top it, and then i listen to the next song and become amazed all over again.

A heroic theme for a heroic character. Gave me chills when it started playing, and since it was in the movie, already knowing sayaka's fate and her struggle to be the hero of justice she always wanted to be it made it very tragic too

I think this ost is the main reason why I prefer Sayaka's movie transformation over the og anime one

@Plusheon I don't hate this show, but it has this very misleading drawing style. I didn't want to watch it because the anime looks like some sailormoon shows. Then the show just gradually getting more and more depressed and dark. It is probably one of the better anime I have seen.

@@pamelajohnson2043 There's a youtuber who does edits on manga panels, in one of his videos he did an edit on Zeus vs Adam from Records of Ragnorak. During Zeus's introduction he put this ost which fit really well. The video itself is awesome.

This song paints such a picture in my mind. I suppose I'll share it, for any who may be interested. The armies have fallen, the enemy's numbers are beyond counting. They are coming by storm, with no sign of a change of heart to be found. Standing alone before the town that is about to meet its fate is a lone sniper, the last of her forces, her uniform coated in the blood of her fellow soldiers, a plethora of rifles and other assorted weapons laid beside and before her, a scar on her cheek, blood dripping ever so slowly from a cut on her forehead. She looks to the forces that approach so viciously, but her eyes are not filled with fear, no, they are filled with determination. She raises her rifle, her eyes narrowing as she sets sight on her enemy. She pulls the trigger without hesitation, the stronger drums in the song representing her gunshot, her arm thrusts back from the recoil, a lone shell drifting through the air in a puff of smoke as one of the enemies meets his demise at her round piercing through his flesh. A pull of the bolt, the click of a round entering the chamber, she pushes the bolt forwards, clenching her teeth as she lines up the next shot. Another gunshot rings through the air, another shell bounces off the ground ever so gracefully, another soldier drops beside his men. She takes a deep breath, her eyes sinking in as she enters a slight rage, pulling the bolt harder and faster now, shoving it in with the palm of her hand, and no sooner firing another round, this time barely flinching from the recoil. With the roar of her gun comes the yell of another foe, collapsing like the two before. The look on her face spoke her mind better than words ever could. Her actions were not to be confused with one who believed she had hope, no, she knew in both her heart and her mind that this was it. All she and her fellow men and women had stood for had lost meaning, hope had ceased to exist days before, this fate was inevitable, and she was more than aware. This was no last stand - this was her mark in history. She pulled the bolt again, but no round entered the chamber. Unaware, she pushed the bolt and pulled the trigger once more, the click of an empty gun coming in an instant, coupled with the widening of her eyes. She cast aside her rifle without hesitation, lifting one of the rifles that once found its place in the hands of her best friend. She glared now as the enemies came ever closer, and with them, came death. She hesitated for only a moment before clamping her finger down on the trigger, the sound of the forceful trigger pull was unheard, for it was but a whisper to the sound of the gunshots, one after another as she pulled again and again, dropping one enemy after the other. But her time had come... A bayonet strikes her through the chest, going into her heart. With the blood that leaked across her uniform, so did tears from her eyes. She weakly lifted her rifle, pulling the trigger one last time to claim the life of he who had sealed her fate. But from her rifle came no gunshot - merely the click of an empty chamber. Her eyes shut, and she slumped to the ground, laying in a pool of her own blood. As her life drifted, and her last moments were lived, she accepted her fate, and smiled, uttering a final four words. "Such an odd world..."
