One of my favorite songs in Rebellion, if you close your eyes and let the music play, you can feel like Homura, and it fits the situation perfectly. The perfect moment with the perfect music. Thank you, Johann.

@@johannjeg tbh, it's just so perfect that I plan to redirect the readers of my (non-Madoka) fanfiction to it as a background ost for a very specific chapter which your cover happens to fit perfectly (as in, I'll drop a yt link when I get to it). Like, it'll be for one of the climax chapters and I'm just so floored by how well it would fit right in, especially with the unique additions you've made Would that be alright with you? People from that fandom are very nice I doubt you'd get any negative interaction from it

one of my favorite pieces of music in rebellion, it perfectly captures homuras emotions in that moment. i could write a whole essay on homura but that would take too long and i have assignments to do unfortunately

the character discovers she’s basically been the imposter/monster of her own labyrinth after decades of mistreatment and heartbreak finally catching up with her, the only time she truly allows herself to feel the despair

@@johannjeg Hay que disfrutar de los pequeños detalles, ya que se nota el esfuerzo y empeño en hacer las cosas con amor y cariño. Por ende aquellas personas que se esfuerzan en lograr algo excepcional se merecen que se aprecié cada detalle de su trabajo. Pero en fin estuvo god. Para cuando un cover épico del soundtrack sublime y hermoso del tráiler de walpurgis no kaiten? Se que harías algo fabuloso con ese temazo de soundtrack.

Thank you very much, I'm glad you liked it. Yes, I love that music. When I was a child my grandmother listened to Walz No 2 of Dimitri Shostakovich a lot, I think it was the first piece of music that I really liked and I listened to it a lot myself. Waltzes always make me nostalgic for that reason. Over time I began to really like darker music and I adore Dark Waltz and I love Dark Carnival style music. Also for some video games and old horror movies that I played and watched when I was little 😊✨

Jajajajaja si es cierto pareciera un poco como esas escenas de películas

Dios mio ya me gustaba la versión de flame of despair original, pero sentia que la emoción que traia consigo era mas tranquila de Homura realizando que es ella la bruja. Esta en cambio es más caótica, desesperante, como todo las ilusiones de esa falsa realidad caen en picada a la más profunda miseria. No sé, me gusta lo caótico que puede sonar este cover, es especial luego de que se escucha esa voz, donde Homura ya es una bruja, simplemente es magnifico 🥺🥺🥺.

Un consejo para la animacion la siguiente vez que lo hagas, las sombras que son proyectadas por fuego se mueven con el, asi que el hecho de que las sombras sean estaticas le quita un toquesito de realismo, por lo demas esta bastante bien. buen trabajo y excelente musica.

Siiii gracias, lo tenía en cuenta pero es que aun me falta aprender mas sobre animación porque lo intente pero no me salía, además fue por falta de tiempo también pero espero seguir practicando para poder hacer videos mas elaborados, me enfocaba mas en la musica y el arreglo que conllevaba pero mi novia me empezó a ayudar en la parte visual de mis videos, y es entonces cuando aprendí lo basico de blender para poder animarlos, pero si nos lleva mucho tiempo, aunque al ver el resultado es bastante satisfactorio para ambos. Te agradezco mucho y espero hayas disfrutado del cover 😊

In the remade Rebellion sequel Kyubey and the other Incubators should have a redemption arc. If characters from other anime like Endeavor from MHA and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z can be redeemed, why not Kyubey too?

Hey ik this is six months later but ill give you a reason; The Incubators are a race that have no conception of emotion and no amount of being around those who do (e.g. Human society since its conception) has changed this, even directly seeing the despair of the Magical Girls and the Witches, which are basically despair personified, hasn't stopped them, also the reason why they do what they do is justified in their eyes because otherwise it would cause the heat death of the universe and if they stopped the Magical Girl cycle on Earth they would probably just do it in another planet. So unless they were given a reason on why they should let the entire universe die, even if it required the suffering of some, they wouldn't stop, and infact tried to start it in Rebellion

But in the remade Rebellion sequel someone (Example: Suzune Amano from Suzune Magica) could give Kyubey an idea for an alternative way to collect energy to extend the universe without using magical girls then this could redeem Kyubey and the other Incubators. BTW at the end of Rebellion after Homura became a demon she basically shoves human emotions down the throats of Kyubey and the Incubators to control the curses of the Earth. So they would have a grasp on human emotions at this point.

While I can understand why others hate Kyubey IMHO Kyubey is one of the anime characters that I like that I'm supposed to hate.

Boycott SHAFT and Magia Record for Walpurgisnact Rising to be cancelled. And for the Rebellion sequel to be remade into a series instead, featuring the other magical girls from the spin-off manga alongside the main cast. And, Mami Tomoe has a boyfriend who would play an important role in the story 💖
