It's from a song called Ain't Right by Diverse, off his 2003 album One AM. For some reason he never dropped anything else after that project even though it was a really promising debut, and unlike other forgotten rappers/rappers who didnt have a prolific career despite showing tons of potential, he doesnt even have social media or really any online presence

It's "Show Em That You're Better" from Studio Kinda Cloudy Vol 2 but I just found out that apparently Madlib didn't make it, apparently it's by Kankick for a song called Never Ending with Declaime? My bad. He's down with Madlib and from Oxnard though so I guess it's alright... So yeah just look up Kankick - Never Ending
