It's funny not even reading the comments about how Madeon said this was about fatherhood and future children, and yet, just from reading the lyrics, that's the exact feeling I got, from listening to them as well. Borealis is cool because it's something beautiful that sits in the sky, for the people below to see, and that's sort of like Fatherhood to me, watching over your kids, watching over them, leaving behind hopefully something beautiful for them to look up to, as they live their lives below, while you move on up above.

“I won’t make a plan for you’ll be”. I can already tell that Madeon is going to be a great father. I think that line means that he will let his kids life their own life and discover themselves and who they want to be (of course he will help them along the way and raise them well, hopefully).

The end to a beautiful, and flawless album. Madeon will forever be my favourite producer. This song is making me reflect on how much has changed in my life since Adventure came out 4 years ago. His sound creates such an evocative bath of nostalgia, while still being forward thinking and fresh. Masterpiece. Thank you, Hugo.

Now that I've reached the end of the album, I will briefly review it: First of all, it can't really be compared to 'Adventure' because they're both completely different albums with their own styles and feels. Madeon has still kind of retained his original style which is good. The album is a great one and an amazing, though brief, journey. The tracks are emotive as always and retain that nostalgic feel I know Madeon deals in. What a comeback he's made. The 4 year gap was well worth the wait. Love this and had bought it halfway through; a risky move, IK, but my decision has only been proven more correct as the journey of emotion continued. Thanks Madeon. For everything. For being there all those years ago when I was 15 and didn't know where life was heading, crying at 9pm after slogging away at my GCSEs and feeling like I just couldn't go on. After this 4 year break, I'm now in my second year at uni in a course I love in a place I love surrounded by great people and great music. Just like 'Adventure' was the turning point in my life when I started to mature as a person, 'Good Faith' is the checkpoint where I start taking control of my life and living it. Thanks again. I have enjoyed your wonderful, unique creations over the last 5 years and look forward to seeing what else the future brings with your career. If you ever feel like your music doesn't matter to anyone, believe me when I say it does; it has formed checkpoints in my life alone! It brings people joy and comforts them when they're upset. Big up.

Such a huge fan of the end part starting at 3:52. Those sounds are spectacular and embody the feeling of being surrounded by the northern lights.
