It makes me cringe whenever I'm reminded of this trend because I was one of the unfortunate people to actually take part (granted I was 7, but still). What's worse is I lived in Vegas at the time and it was the hottest year. So I struggled in unbearable heat for this trend *sigh*

Nope. It was ugly and too bulky then and it still is. Unless we're all tall and skinny it just looks like we're stuffed into too many clothes. I'm short, and have 32 DDD's. Layering looks frumpy on me.
