The young man needs a great deal of support from the government to transform this equipment or vehicle into something beneficial to the state. Setting up some kind of inventions funds will enable the youth to research and build prototype equipments. It's sad how politicians are more geared towards embezzling funds that can be accessible to people like Sly de Fabricator. Great automobile manufacturers started off this way.A fantastic job, well done!!!
