Ignorance of the law is no excuse. The judge is charged with instructing the jury that while they weigh the facts of the case, they are also responsible for determining the validity of the law itself. I have served on a couple of grand jury, and I noted that people are quite willing to indict based on nothing at all. As a matter of fact, I made an argument that an attorney used in the appellate to reverse a conviction. The high court not only reversed, but they also instructed that procedures of police must be changed. I feel like Dr. Miles Binnell warning people who will not listen. I have seen enough judges lie, and enough defense attorney's sell out their client to know that the system is corrupt. Megyn, tell me where in the Constitution is a candidate is required to concede an election? It has become a representation of the ignorance of our laws, the systemic corruption, and the eventual downfall of our rule of law. May I suggest that you interview Professor John Eastman, and have him bring along his thousands of pages of evidence that he has presented to show that there was election fraud. In my state, I confronted one of my representatives on why they didn't take action when they knew that the laws were violated? Response; well we didn't think it would work.

I served with the 82nd Airborne Division back in the 80’s as an airborne infantryman as did my father in Vietnam. I don’t speak with an English accent but I do speak German, and though I’m not as self assured as your non English accent speaking guest, I have attended law school. With that said, I am voting for Trump too and here’s my analogy to justify it. At the Division when we jumped into the backwoods of Ft. Bragg North Carolina, (it will never be Ft. Liberty to me) we had one person in our squad we wanted to have the map. No one liked him. He was pretentious, arrogant, and surly, but there wasn’t a better person in our squad to have the map if we wanted to reach our objective quickly. He was simply our best navigator. I feel the same way about Trump. The objective I want to reach is limited government, 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, someone who will call a man a man and woman a woman, and who isn’t afraid to close our borders, and will work to bring down inflation, and bolster our respect on the world stage. And if. your proper Englishman can’t in good conscience vote for Trump please tell me he can’t justify voting for a man who believes your child can change his sex at 8 years of age, and who can’t tell you what a woman is and who took an 8 million dollar book advance based on the sharing of classified documents that he retained and that’s just scratching the surface of his corruption. So if your proper gentleman is so stringent with his conscience, I want to hear him say he can’t vote for Biden either because if he can’t, he’s an embarrassment to William Wilberforce and all that he stood for and he’s certainly no Churchill despite his English brogue.

I used to adore and and still do to this day Santa Claus, at least the spirit and the Artistry with the Christmas decorations. They can provide a glimmer of joy and Hope and yet I don't hate the concept of being led to believe in a falsity yet this cannot seem to be done in the political Spectrum. Yeah I've never agreed with his political views, but before that interview with Megyn I respected him, because I felt like he actually believed what he was saying all the time. Now I think he's just a liar. There's no way he did not hear Hillary Clinton for those 4 years saying Trump was an illegitimate president. 5:14 lethal force is ALWAYS an option for all law enforcement in the execution of their duty. But this was one team of law enforcement (FBI) raiding a residence where another of team of law enforcement (Secret Service) were on duty, AND on guard. And as if that weren’t enough, first, the SS were protecting a human being. The FBi was there to merely pick up some documents. Second, the FBI were specifically told to go in dressed as non-law enforcement wearing clothes that DID NOT label them as law enforcement. Sure, President Trump wasn’t going to get shot, he wasn’t even there. But that didn’t mean some Secret Service agent wasn’t going to pull his gun and do his duty. No one questions the order to go in armed and use lethal force. But why the order to INTENTIONALLY dress as civilians?

As a non-lawyer with basic understanding of criminal law, how is it not judicial misconduct not allowing a defendent to call rebuttal witnesses to provide for the best defense possible on their own behalf? This judge has circumvented and violated basic criminal law and procedure. Therefore, Trump will win on appeal if he is found guilty of his accountant making accounting entries.

It should be illegal to use the law? If Trump was using the law as a means to stay in office then by definition, he was using legal means.

No, the distinction between conceding and not conceding is not reasonable. It may speak to him as not being polite as conceding is a courtesy and nothing else. There is no legal requirement for one to concede and not conceding has no impact whatsoever on the transfer of power. Blowing it up as some threat to democracy is ridiculous.

If I were a juror and observed how MANY times the prosecutor objected almost BEFORE a question was even asked and the "judge" ALWAYS sustaining them EVERY TIME, I would clearly see that they desperately don't want us to HEAR the truth. Otherwise, they wouldn't keep trying to SILENCE the witnesses.😮

Couldn't watch the entire show today. Rich is a clown, and the englishman has no standing talking about America, we fought a war so we don't have to listen to men like him, get rid of him. Further, Bongino totally eviscerated the argument that the FBI raid was standard. Sorry neither of these two have ever done the work so they, again, have no standing talking about what is standard in an FBI raid when it comes to a secret service protectee. They're also woefully ignorant when it comes to the 2020 election. Trump didn't concede because he was cheated and we all know it. The evidence is overwhelming and these clowns refuse to look at. They think that it was legit because that lying asshat Bill Barr said it was a clean election. However, Barr didn't investigate anything and even had some of his US Attorney's stop their investigations. It's sickening to listen to this crap because they're just as ignorant as Bill Maher when it comes to the 2020 election.

I believe the white house simply wanted to open up the chances of an armed conflict. This wa done by re-emphasizing what is SOP. Basically a re-enforced stamp of approval for deadly force should the FBI feel its warranted. "Warranted" is the key word.
