I really love Jimmy's reactions. He can sense who's nervous or anxious while telling some story and he tries so hard to make them feel calm. And I honestly think it works.

A lot of people give him shit for the fake laugh. But I honestly think he goes out of his way to make his guest feel relaxed and comfortable. Not all guests have to take on that sardonic quick wit that the other talk shows hosts have.

The best thing about this story is that her life is not being defined by Dance Moms. I like how she referenced her "dance group" in passing and it wasn't even a thing.

Yesss so many people love to say that the show made her, but no. She (and the other girls) made the show! It was her talents and her skills that drew people in. It never would’ve succeeded without those kids, and now they’re succeeding on their own because of their talents.

People say "well spoken" and what they mean is "articulate", but the bar is set so low that this 19 year old who says the word "like" every fifth word is considered "well spoken." Quote: "Some time passed again and my agent called me on, LIKE, Thanksgiving, and was LIKE, YEAH, SO LIKE we actually heard back from West Side Story so LIKE, YEAH, I'm really sorry, you got the part," and I was LIKE, I LITERALLY had a heart attack."

Maddie ziegler has truly grown up into a beautiful person she extremely likeable and I do think she deserves the part. Wish her the best in her future projects.

I love how mature and grateful she is and giving props to the other dancers!

I honestly never really paid much attention to Maddie until I watched The Fallout. She did an absolutely phenomenal job in it and her diverse talent is really starting to shine! She has such a maturity and poise about her, she's so well-spoken, humble, down to earth, and sweet, especially growing up in the spotlight, she's really kept her own and stayed true to herself! She's incredibly talented and has come such a long way, I can't wait to see how her career grows!

i wonder what little 8 year old maddie would think if someone told her how successful she would be. insanely proud!

She has grown up in the public eye, and has grown into such a mature and powerful young woman. Maddie has been a judge, one of the most famous dancers in America, featured on Broadway and worked with so many amazing people.

I literally just finished dance moms like last week (I didn’t grow up watching it , I started the show a couple of months ago) and to see the ALDC girls continue to work & do amazing things is so heartwarming for me , especially since these girls are around my age . it’s very inspiring & honestly Maddie seems like she’s a very talented & kind person despite her portrayal on the show . I can’t wait to watch her new movie !!

Sending loads and loads of success to this talented young gal. She worked so hard for it and deserves all the recognition.

She’s all grown up now! 😭 she seems like a very nice and well-spoken young woman

Hey, that's not fair. Maddie and her mother Melissa have said many times over the years that they're grateful to Abby for giving her such a huge opportunity to blossom and grow. Maddie was also very close with Abby's mother. They were like family at one point; it's not as if Abby used her for stardom. She tweeted her support for West Side Story, unconditionally. Dance Moms is controversial, but it's a key aspect of who Maddie is today - & I don't think she or the other girls regret it.

@@iluvlafferty they did bad mouth the show and Abby with multiple interviews. So much that John Corella stated that you shouldn't bad mouth the people that gave you your first job, because they could be the ones behind the table at your next audition. I firmly believe that these girls were given opportunities where a door is opened for them, but it is what you do once you get through the door that matters the most. Maddie issue now is getting g type casted in dark pieces. That's why I was so happy to see she got cast in west side story. What I mean about Maddie being away from her mother is that I think Melissa put a lot of pressure on Maddie. When the show was on and they competed in california, a friend of mines dance studio was at the same venue. She wasn't sure what Maddie did, but Melissa was dragging her into the bathroom screaming and swearing at her . My friend took her studio and the other kids in the area out of earshot of Melissa's swearing. Melissa did this on multiple occasions.
