I tried it and I am happy 😃 it didn’t explode.
you do know that you could have made the butter right in the little food processor you used for the shallot and garlic. I have been a chef for almost 25 years. Trained at CVTC granted it is not the CIA, but I did learn every thing about food there and I don't have to put dirty shoes in with my food that way.
Thanks for also sharing that it can go terribly wrong 😆
