AGREEEEEE completely. I’m like the side view is great and the overhead camera is cool but it’s so far zoomed out like I’m not really seeing how it’s being done.. if that makes sense? Idk it’s just hard to see detail 🤷‍♀️ Anyways as always, I love ❤️

Using foils to make crystals is so damn clever!

I like them a lot because its easy and free form. You don't have to love the design, you're learning technique to do with how ever you want

Wonderful idea. Especially as some of those nail gems/crystals can be quite pricey! This is a fab way, as Adam said, to make your own bling if you’re on a budget. Love it 😍 nice one Kirsty

That's a brilliant idea for a bit of bling for those of us that have jobs where raised embellishments could catch, I work with fabrics so I have to make sure that I cant damage anything with my nails.

I tried this foil technique and i couldn't stop experimenting with different patterns and colours. I'm obsessed with this 😍. I would love to see a video further expanding on other shaped diamontes that can be created using this method. 🤞🤞 gorgeous set by the way love the feathered foil effect. X

OMG, you inspired me to find a whole new way of doing foils, just apply regular top coat at the back, wait for it to dry, peel it off, apply to the nail, clean around with acetone, apply gel top coat and boom, full cover, no foil glue, no peeling!

Indigo should definitely send you some free stuff, I've spent a fortune with them in the last few months off the back of you using their cuticle oil! I absolutely love their files they're lovely to use, and I have loads of their oils and hand creams now too, they smell amazing. Hey Kirsty been watching your videos for years and always been in awe of what you do and have learnt so much. The only thing I’d say is I’m not a nail tech I study and practice at home on myself and tips but the products you are using are for pro’s only so I have to then search out other brands to try and re-create what you are doing. Could you sometimes do videos where we can actually purchase the goods as well.

Kirsty, if you use regular tin foil the same way, those little dots would be even shinier when you peel them off it'll take that layer off then you can turn them over and put another dot of top coat on top of that one and make a tiny marble of some sorts. Just a thought 🤷‍♀️

So, was that a Fraudian Slip? NOT SINGLE. Well if it was, congratulations. You deserve happiness. I love something new, even if it was an accident. I thought if I put dots of foil gel on my silicone mat, could I then press the foil over the top to get eg: purple or patterned dots also. Going to give this a go. She's putting the drops of top coat on the back of the foils. I don't think there's any way to use this technique where the top side of the foil would be showing, since that side is covered with plastic film. But like Kirsty said, sometimes the back side of the foil is different and looks really cool!
