As an American GT fan, while it may not get a lot of love in the U.S., I'm tempted to think it's got a lot of fans in Japan.

Depends how we're looking at things. As far as popularity goes, it was significantly behind the average viewer tv ratings for both DB and Z with its peak episode for such (episode 2) being behind Z's average and GT's average being slightly above what was the minimum rating for Z. It also wasn't advertised to anywhere near the same degree as Z when it came to merchandising, which was a major factor in the difference in popularity too. In terms of critical response from fans, it wasn't lambasted by Japanese viewers to anywhere near the same extent (especially not for the petty reasons that are often brought up by the western fanbase as opposed to the more genuine issues GT has) but there does seem to be a level of apathy towards it compared to its predecessor with its fans not hailing it to anywhere near the same degree.

De hecho en Latinoamérica o bueno en mi país para tu información nosotros le tenemos un cariño a GT tanto así que habían muchas veces que nos reuníamos para ver la serie, y que por más que los nuevos fans le tengan odio a la serie, los más antiguos le tenemos un cariño por las temáticas de sus respectivas sagas, ending, opening y la mejor transformación en la historia de dragón ball, ya que super solo son cambios de color de cabello, mientras que el ssj4 es una transformación al pie de las letras.

@@choueriito2548 I'm sorry for not clarifying then. Because I'm well aware that GT didn't do well in Japan in '96, or even after the fact. But what I'm saying is that information gave me the impression that GT got very little to no love from our Japanese peers.(GT characters being feature in DragonBall fighting games, Xenoverse, and Super Dragon Ball Heroes not withstanding, as I'm unable to explain my cognitive dissonance with that.) And MADs like this showed me that GT does have some place among the Japanese fandom, even if it's not to the same degree as the OG Dragon Ball or Z.

Astonishing. I don’t understand how you don’t have more views and subscribers cos of all of your work, this should go viral, it might be due to KZreads shitty algorithm and a fact that most of the title is in Japanese(or Chinese?), I barely stumbled upon those masterpieces in recommendations, probably only due to the fact that I am a filthy weeb. I would strongly recommend putting correctly translated english video title in brackets beside the Japanese(or Chinese?) one, and go nuts with KZread description hashtags, let more of the world see you painstakingly detailed work

GTMADの中で1番好きかもしれない… 音ハメと切り抜きの綺麗さ GTのちょっと微妙な戦闘シーンをファイターズに置き換えててめちゃくちゃいいです…！
切り抜き綺麗ですしサビの盛り上げ方がめちゃくちゃ好きです... 選曲もめちゃくちゃGTにあってるし最高でした！500人おめでとうございます！
