The Pistons haven't been good in the last decade and never sellout anymore, most Tigers and Pistons home games are full of opposing fans. The only professional team in Detroit that still fills up the stadium every game are the Lions. Detroit is absolutely not a top 5 city when it comes to fan loyalty in this day and age

Toronto doesnt get enough love we had the most people at our championship parade ever. In game 6 verse the golden states a quarter of the arena was raptors fans who travelled

i think this was only about cities, not countries. Without ppl from around the country, toronto would never have had the biggest championship parade ever. As a frequent traveller around canada and the us, these are my 5: boston, sanfran/oakland, new york, philly, and detroit with very special consideration to dallas. Toronto somewhere in the top 10 though for sure.

@@bigdripbobz1072 honestly you could attribute the parade to fans from all over the country but canadas a hockey country and routinely in the playoffs the raptors arena will sell out with an additional 50k people cheering outside in bad weather, I doubt people come from all over Canada to cheer outside a stadium during like the first round. All that to say I would assume that most of them are Torontonians especially because basketball has support here because of the melting pot Toronto is but its definitely not as supported everywhere else in Canada in my opinion

Cleveland fans brought a whole NFL team back to the city, over a million fans showed up to the 2016 championship parade for the Cavs and the 90s Indians fans were some of these best ever. Clevelands attendance to games was record setting for years. Mad Dog know what he's talking about

Detroit should 100% be there, one of the most loyal fan bases even with the lions

As a Yankees fan born in NYC, Boston should be on this list. Sox, Celtics, Bruins... the fans are passionate and real. Not always particularly respectful (which can be said for all these towns, to be fair) but deeply passionate. Cleveland deserves an honorary mention at the very least, but they can't be number 1.

Cleveland, Boston, Detroit, and Philly are top Five. I'll let the five spot go to St Louis, Buffalo, or Cincinnati. Oakland, New York, and Chicago belong no where near the top five.

Mad dog got it right, and I used to live in Oakland for six years and I have seen Steven A smith @ Warriors games. Warriors fans are Fairweather, nothing compared to the great fans of Cleveland Ohio

Cleveland fans supported an 0-16 Browns team, Cleveland fans also set the tone for Championship parades with an estimated 1.3 million people. It’s not insane that he chose Cleveland as number 1 🤷🏽‍♂️

Absolutely dead on with Detroit. Hockeytown! Absolutely love the Tigers and Pistons even when they suck! The Lions! The Lions have been bad for 60 years, but Ford Field will sell out, the preseason game tonight was probably a sell out. And as a bonus, probably one of the most passionate college sports areas outside of the SEC and North Carolina. People here love Michigan and MSU in football, basketball, and hockey…thanks for showing some love Mad Dog!

Detroit is dismal in attendance over the past year. They have the 32nd best attendance out of 41 USA sports markets. Amongst markets with three or more major league teams, they are 21st out of 22.

Doggie started the take off saying it's not about how many teams the city has and then made the entire take about how many teams the city has😂😂These people are crazy.

Cleveland rocks, great city, great fans

Bay Area should be top 3! You got Niners fans filling Cowboys and SoFi stadiums, Warriors fans everywhere, Raiders when they were here were crazy, and loyal baseball fans who always rally behind their teams. That East Coast bias os showing!

Warriors fans are everywhere because it is an extremely case of a bandwagon team, everything is is decently accurate though.

Id say Toronto needs to be on the list. did you see the raptors parade? have you seen how crazy leafs fans are even after years of pain?

This may possibly be Molly’s most annoying interruption out of her hundreds over the past years

They went 0w and 16 in 2017 in the NFL and there stadium was still packed a few games. There fan base is amazing and one of the more humble fan bases in sports history. I don't see how Cleveland being a conservation for one of the best fan bases in sports isn't logical.

That Oakland take is ridiculous. Lol the fans are so good there that the Raiders left and no one goes to A's games. The Warriors also moved to San Fran so Oakland is a complete joke of a take
