It's like when a movie has a running joke / side plot about the coolest, most mystical thing ever, and how some people have seen it but the main character never gets to. And then eventually it shows up only to disappear again, and the MC is treated with the same disbelief he once expressed - except it's for real. Oh yeah, kind of like in Tenacious D with the best song of all time.

@@000MidnightSunrecently I've been into more avant-garde black metal that fuses with other genres, and might not even be considered black metal at all by purists. I've been enjoying White Ward a lot, with their jazzy interludes spicing things up from the usual blastbeats and aeolian melodies. I've also been leaning into the more technical death metal/black metal crossover bands like imperial triumphant, who also throw a lot of jazz stuff in there, which makes sense why I was so drawn to barber beats. Also listening to some more obscure bands like Acausal Intrusion, Bekor Qilish, and a few others. Highly recommend "black metal promotion" and "odium nostrum" as KZread channels to find more of the obscure stuff, they do a great job at plucking interesting bands straight out of the void.

@@joebungus3447 Its basically just boom-bap with higher production quality. A lot of rappers in the mid-late 90s used instrumentals like these. Nas, Mobb Deep, Mos Def etc.

「行方不明」is a fitting title for an album which seems to go missing from time to time. Wonderful work here.

I find it a bit infuriating that no one mentions that this "artist" doesn't mention the original composers, his albums are just compilations and goes to the extreme to change titles and everything, why? They are amazing collections but not original music

My first ever album ive heard, and it surely was an experience ill never forget, glad ive found this channel.

The saxo loop used in second track is originally from the song "Strip Tease" by Alain Goraguer made for the excellent animation movie "Fantastic Planet". Don't want to show off really, I just think the original song, the album it's taken from and the movie are really good and deserve to be enjoyed. Thanks Macroblank for your work. Driving home at like 4 in the morning on the newly built freeway, sun barely starting to rise so the dusty yellow street lights are still on. No one in sight because the city I was living in was still getting built. Good times.
