I've never done this type of knot before, and was watching another video before this that was so unhelpful, I wanted to scream in frustration. Hiya, this type of cord is commonly called “single strand rope” or simply “twisted rope” In this video I use 3mm thickness. I recommend looking on Etsy, I think you’ll be a able to find local sellers selling this type of rope. Good luck! 💕
