they missed percussion of manibrium sterni for retrosternal extension

It is great but they missed in general examination looking of the patient whether agitated or not and in palpation they missed lymph node tracheal deviation and in percussion you missed retrosternal goiter

no percussion ,no tongue test for thyroglosal duct :/

as far as i learned, throid examination is incomplete without lymph node examintions...mayb it varies frm country to country...
