Mack LEU Heil Multipack

Featured here is another one of Latham’s Multipacks. This particular one being on an LEU, and still sporting its Lexington KY colors. Seen here doing trash in Loganville with a very talented operator. As you can tell, he knows his way around the truck incredibly well. You can see him doing some double dumps, as well as some other very subtle movements that take some major skill. He also collected some bulk with the arm, but that isn’t featured here. Outside those cool tricks, he also is just very quick with the python arm. I think it’s safe to say he’s certainly one of the best Python operators out there. It was beyond fun to watch him move quickly through the dense neighborhoods featured here. Really happy with how this video came out. Thought it was gonna be a little dark but the lighting was actually perfect and made for some great looking shots. I don’t know what it was about this truck, but I feel like it sounded better than most LEUs. Maybe that’s just me? This is my first time going out and filming in a little while so this was very refreshing. Keep an eye out for more videos on Will’s channel! I will also have more GoPro footage from this truck up at a later date. Enjoy!

Fantastic video! All the shots came out incredible, wasn’t too dark and wasn’t too sunny! Truck sounded really good and he sure was a skilled driver!

You rocked this one, Axel! The opening shot was outstanding! Kris really is an incredible operator, I always enjoy seeing him. He wastes no time and doesn’t use any unnecessary movements. I definitely need to come next time. Great work once again!

Thanks Brandon! I was super happy I got that opening shot. One of the pros to my new camera! You got that right, he’s an absolute pro. Video doesn’t do justice to how fantastic he is. You totally gotta come next time! Glad you enjoyed!
Awesome video Axel! Kris is very fast but runs very safely, always good to see. That was awesome of him to let you guys ride on the tailgate. Nice to see the rear load packer footage as well. Can we see a part 2?

Thanks! Kris is great. Great operator and super generous. I’ve got heaps of GoPro footage from this day that I will post. And I’ll be back out there again at some point for more regular video.

That sure was entertaining to watch! Kris really does know how to operate it well, the arm seemed to go up and down in one smooth motion unlike drivers who bring it in and then up

I love the python, not sure why drivers bring it to the truck then up unless the valve body setting had been messed with. Which we had that before on some ccc we had .

Yes, and i let them hop in driver seat as it dual drive, they always get a good experience when they come and filmmwith me

This is a the best video of yours by far! It’s really nice to see a Ex Lexington KY truck just because I grew up with them. It’s strange to see Lexington selling the LEU’s they still have a lot. Hope you film the Ex Lexington LE that they have. Great video!

See, this is something we both can enjoy! I get my awesome automation action and you get your back loader fill 🤪 what a pro driver, I was very impressed with how smooth Kris runs the truck. The truck looks amazing too, it's like the city painted the truck one more time before selling it haha. Any idea what's the deal with the contract now that the Advanced buyout happened? Most of our contracts just have advance name of the can cause they only wanted the commercial side of stuff. So eventually that stuff will change to our company name

Also we go 6 trucks from them and this one was by far the nicest and cleanest out of all of them, 2 are on the road now the other 4 have different issues.

Nice vid love the truck
Great video, loved the thumbnail too! Just curious, how long have they had this truck? This driver really knew his way around the truck too, it was great to see all the double dumps and little maneuvers like that. This LEU sounded pretty darn good too, and although age is a factor it seems that this exhaust setup makes for a nice sounding Mack. Loved the footage from the step too, looks like you had a great morning!

Thanks G Dubb! Not sure how long but not very long I believe. Kris is a true expert with the Python arm. I know you’re a fan of the LEUs sound so I knew you’d like this lol. I thought the step footage came out nicely as well. Glad you enjoyed!

We started getting trucks in October we got 6 2011. 2 of them are def’s and 4 dpfs. We only have 2 on road right now, one more is road worthy but having a regen issue.
