Even in the darkest seasons Jesus is with us and will light up our darkness, we only need to look to him. That’s why I wrote “Your Presence is a Promise,” to remind myself that even in the darkness his presence is a promise to me. I don’t need to be afraid. I don’t need to panic. He is there with me, and He is there with you too.

Brother Mack, I really enjoyed this song! Just asking about 1 word used, "if" instead of "since". The statement about not fearing the future if you're already there. I know the two words are interchangeable in the context but I thought I'd mention it. Thank you for worshipping and sharing it with us.
