While paper cup machine arrive, we should prepare something,
1st, check inside, there are tools or parts put in machine?
2, check there are parts on the machines?
3, clear the machine (air, cloth, alchocl),
4, check the bolt (log time delivery, check bolt moved or not),
5, check chain tight or not,
6, connect the electric power (phase protection ), if no, first turn on the knurling motor, the knurling should rotate in clockwise .
7, connect the air,
8, connect the collection pipe(if machine have), collector,
9, do not turn on the heat, check machine run smooth or not
(for low speed machine, run by hand rocker, to check block or not),
10, use jog, step move, slowly try to run the machine, to check machine can work properly or not.
11, everything okey( bolt tight, machine run in right way),
12, prepare cup bottom paper roll, feed to machine,
13, feed cup fan blank (printed or not printed),
14, turn on heater (maybe oil inside the heater, there are smoke come from the furnace, )
15, wile the temperatue arrive the set temperature,
16, feed one cup fan, (machine work),
17, connect the bottom roll, after connect, run jog, to check bottom punch properly or not (press on the bottom test ),
18, turn off the bottom test jog,
19, feed one cup fan, machine auto punch bottom and feed to cup side sealing,
20, while cups come good, then can try to feed more paper for test.
