WOW! This looks like what updated Go-Bots should look like.

In the Machine Robo line. All figures are good guys. The exception being the figures with monster themed vehicles, that were called the Devil Invaders, and were the Renegade mutants in the Gobots line.

Nice Go-Bots style Fightor figure jet from the animated series. Looks great, thanks Mike.

Yep these look nice and great to see Gobots get some love for a change

This figure was kinda my inspiration for my lego fitor

Like how the big nosecone fits on Fightor like a backpack. I was impressed with Action Toys 'Tank' but hated the colour scheme and the different weapons. At least now I get one in the proper colour with the proper colours.

Fitor and Rod Drill were the main good guys in Japanese Machine Robo cartoon. Actually all the robots were good guys, they fought weird alien/demon dudes.

@@tydiriumhanger1320 yeah Revenge of Cronos is on Amazon right now. It is a recent Blu-ray remastered release and expensive, but cool to watch the animation. Story was hard for me to get into at first, but by the end I liked it a bit more.

The Gobot/Machine Men version of this was my first transforming figure. I have several of the Action Toys for the nostalgia. On the fence about these new ones.

The closest we’ve ever gotten to a MP Gobot. Was Action Toys Deluxe Bike Robo.

Still waiting for my Cykill. Looking forward to tank. Trying to customize my vintage Crasher. Give her a face that matches Challenge of the Gobots cartoon.

The Action Toy version had scabbards for his two swords. That then formed the long nose fuselage in jet mode.

The problem with the Go-Bots toys is when they wore out they were way too loose and were pretty much useless.

Yeah, I bought a second hand Night Ranger. And it can’t stand because its knees and ankle joints are so loose.

I have to avoid spoilers on this one as mine should be arriving soon, but I’ll come back and see what you think

Screw Head and Fitor (I don't know the Japanese names for these characters) were the good guys and main characters of the Machine Robo anime.

@@georgeowain Ah, yes. I also remember seeing many identical Leader-1s and many identical Rock Lords Bouldars running around in the background of some scenes. The main bad guys seemed to be the Monster Go-Bots. It just seemed kind of odd. I still liked it though.

Dammit Mike, as much as I watch your showcasing of this series...I cant get into it. My heart still hopes for an MP verson, of 6 inches tall, FTs quality, with Old school Transformation. Someday maybe.

Seeing how their upcoming Tank is based on the original Popey figure. And not the character design of the Revenge of Chronos series. I’m wondering if they are not limited to the anime list of characters, as Action Toys were. And they can produce those that did not appear in the show, such as Coptor.

I wish they would reboot this line by some company

have you been able to find any sort of release schedule for the Megahouse Machine Robo series? Just like @VelvetIndigo I am chomping at the bit to get a Supercar Robo / Turbo. Unbelievably Rod Drill is on Amazon with one day delivery for here in Australia.

Wish the Jet was blue.

Why is the red jet called Jet Blue?

One thing I didn't like about GoBots is that it's difficult to determine who's the good guys from the bad ones.

Yes but its called blue jet...remember this is NOT fittor from the gobots but blue jet from machine robo....a completley different character and back story to fittor (he is even a good guy) and despite being red he was always called blue jet in machine robo,revenge of cronos.....and no,i dont know why.

@@tydiriumhanger1320 of course you can use him as a reprentatation of Fittor for a Gobot collection which is fine but bear in mind its not intended to be him.....back in the day (1983) here in Europe,or at least in the u.k. and Ireland (im from Ireland) we did get the figures but they were called Robo Machine and my very first transforming robot toy was Cy-kill....loved it.....1983....ah the days before Transformers...if only we knew back then what would arrive on shelves in 1984.
