Tool not working on my Elitbook. Get message that model is not supported. But also all numbers are there, nothing is missing. But I get that error about "Machine Not In Committed State" anyway... :/

Sir if we installed everthing as shown in video with pendrive then over privious data is deleted or it is safe saved ?? Eg- Photos, PDFs etc is saved or deleted after this process !???

@@Aditya11ttt i study in class 10 and i had many pdfs of study material....i was just making notes of them and they were opened in laptop...suddenly the mouse click stopped working and i was unable to shut down by laptop so i switched off it with the physical on/off button ㊂ and when i restarted it then it showed that machine is not in commited state !!!
