Eh, people can say what they will---yes, he has an ego, yes he has an ass attitude at times--- but you can take NOTHING away from this man's quality of performance! Like him or not, for the 10 minutes he's on stage, WHENEVER he's on stage, he WILL make you a Machel fan for that time! Part of that is because he ALWAYS takes it to max with new & daring performances that continually showcase him not only as a decent musical talent, but a really gifted performer. Im no Machel fan... But yuh hav to give credit where its due... Blue was CLEARLY the King of the night, but i will NOT pretend that like it or not, Machel is one of the greatest performers in the Caribbean! It is imaginative concepts like this, that pushes our fantastic Friday show to a whole new level

I swear I cant stand haters. The song say "float like superman", superman costume. Machel has done more for this Trini culture than most other soca artist. Haters would have hated Machel even if he would have came out in a suit and a bible singing Hallelujah, and saying Jesus flaot me to heaven. PATHETIC!!!!!!

I was in this crowd, Machel mash up but during his performance people were chanting Super Super Super even when he flew over us. ISM needs performers like MM and Blue because these men used to bring their A game. Imagine to beat a legend like Blue Machel flew over the crowd and he still didn't win, they tied. These were the greatest years of ISM. Now these dudes don't even try, I hope MM and these guys come back to push the others to step up their game
