I have there macbook pro m1 from 2020 and I love it. Even though it's considered on the older side now by apple standards, it still is working really well still. It has gotten me through the last year of middle school, highschool, and will be brought to university!

imo, macbook with m1 chip can still last until 2030 or even more! lheck, even the macbook from 2015 is still usable in 2024.

Hey Webcam covers can actually cause your screen to crack overtime since apple over-engineered the hinge so that the screen perfectly lays on top of the computer, the webcam cover ruins that it can damage your screen

Honestly if apple made the MacBook Pro M2 with Touch Bar the same port layout as the early 2020 intel MacBook Pro i would buy that cause at least that’s more worth it in my opinion and maybe raise the price by 100 bucks it would make a good mid tier MacBook Pro.
