@@pigbald the air is thinner . and the pro has the touch bar but the air doesn’t . i ended up getting the pro and i love it. i got it more so because it was thicker and i felt more comfortable having the thicker one . it’s also a bit fast i believe

Dude I relate to you so much! I've been wanting a MacBook and airports, thinking of a MacBook for years, saving so many pins on Pinterest and looking at them thinking “one day lol” and suddenly I got both of them as an 18th birthday gift+ kinda also graduation gift from my parents also is my first ever laptop. also, a suggestion even using the hard shell covers isn’t good because 1)when you remove it, it’ll tend to leave scuff marks around the edges 2) if any dust is trapped between the case and the actual laptop, it might scratch the laptop surface(would probably be unnoticeable but still) I’ve ordered a laptop sleeve so its like a protective and proper padded, waterproof, shock resistant bag. I would highly suggest it as it feels really good and actually protective(arrived much earlier than the macbook itself 😂 ) Loved your video, cute desk setup ❤️

@@rinnosairshard3932 hey… if you buy a proper protections sleeve, please don’t waste your money on a hardshell cover. If you’re still worried you might somehow scratch your laptop, buy a laptop SKIN, so it’s like a fancy sticker which covers your entire laptop. you can replace it anytime, and it’ll help prevent scratches. I personally didn’t but any skin as well because i like my laptop way too minimal 😂

I ordered mine on 16th 🥰 it should be here in a day or two I can’t wait anymore hehe I got it for a student discount and got free AirPods as back to school offer 😇💙 lovedddd your setup, love the cream and white pots and desk ❤️

Prevent putting a case on it as the case damages the hinge of the laptop. Also, prevent keeping it plugged it, and if you do, install an application (forgot the name) that uses the charger as a power supply, basically bypassing the battery, which is better for the battery life.

won’t that be a fire hazard since the charger heats up when plugged in? the cover on the charger might just trap the heat and not let it cool down

Hey, hinge on my Macbook Air M1 seems to be tight. When kept for a longer time i am unable to open the hinge with one hand, infact the lower part also lifts up. But after opening it 4-5 times than it becomes nirmal. Do you also have this issue or feel like your hinge is tight?
