Dinesh, as you explain each step, you also address the folks that think you are doing it wrong, e.g. you didn’t want to take off your ring when seasoning the chicken, some folks may think you missed a spot on the macaroni pie to put some cheese, etc. (still have to watch the end of the video). I personally don’t know you all (hoping to meet you guys on Maracas beach soon, when I come to visit) but when I watch your videos and see how you interact with your family, it makes me feel closer at home. Never yet mix macaroni in the sauce , I always mix each ingredient one by one into the mac I guess it will taste the same except I put mustard and ketchup, but I will certainly try it ur way one day
