    Mac is such a classy guy. The fact that he was able to talk about giving up a trick because he knew someone else could do it better is the height of professional courtesy and humility.

    @@EruditeMagic my brother was supposed to see Copperfield a few weeks back but he had canceled. He and his wife went to go see Mac instead and they said it was the funniest show they had ever seen.

    Funny that when the camera is on Mac, the Cloak of Invisibility is in the background. When it’s on you, Jeff, the toilet paper is the background. Thanks to this interview, I just sold a signed copy of Mac’s Tricks With Your Head book, as well as the Rune Klan book. Great interview, Jeff.

    Enjoyed the Mac King interview this morning. I actually own 2 of the books that Mac King mentioned: Learn Magic and Cyclopedia of Magic. As a matter of fact I found the exact pages Mac referred to about the right and wrong ways to pass a coin from hand to hand. If you provide me an email I'll be happy to send pics.

    Glad to know I am in such esteemed company. In my collection, I have most of the recommended "beginner" books (Tarbell, Wilson, Lorayne, AMH etc). Learn Magic was the first and still my favourite.

    Going to be awesome. I was looking at a few MAGIC magazines from 1995 today and reading MAC's comments on classics such as Books of Wonder. Never afraid to praise good works and also criticism. Read the Steel and Silver video review: "With the exception of one trick, 'ring thing' (a rather useless variation of the old taking off your thumb bit)....

    Real question here. On my computer, Andre Combrinck's comment says "4 days ago" but the video apparently only premiered yesterday (Nov 14th). How do you make a comment for a video that isn't released yet? Is Andre a time traveler?

    @@jasonengland485 good question, but because it premiered, the thumbnail and video were out there available to comment, but you can't watch the video until the go-live time (8:30 AM EST Sunday AM). If you turn on notifications on a video premiering, you'll be alerted at go-live
