Great video but you got your MB's and GB's confused. With regards to the slowness - first things first, try a new faster SD card. Make sure it's formatted as ExFat and if you can, initialise the disk image in Mac OS 8 (But keep it as HFS Standard!!) - this puts a better hard disk driver on the image. That may help with the speed. I would be tempted to install an older version of System software on it. 7.5.3 is a VERY heavy OS compared to 6.0.8 or 7.0.1. You might want to get in contact with Silicon Insider to get 2x4MB sticks of his 30 PIN SIMMs to max the RAM out to 10MB. We'll have to compare notes!

Ooops, easily done these days - my mind has erased all small capacity devices/memory
